Results will vary by frequency of use. The more your skin is exposed to Red Light, the speedier results you will see.

We recommend using the red light bed 3-5 times a week during the 6 weeks to to kick start the results.  Then followed by 2-3 sessions per week until desired results are achieved.

Thereafter, we recommend maintaining your results with 1-2 sessions each week.

 Because the success of red light therapy depends on the frequency that it is used it is important to maintain a consistent treatment schedule in order to continue seeing results.
